Update Renovation

Polo was charged with designing an updated modern yet timeless renovation to a sophisticated cape cod. The master bath incorporates a smart widow which at the touch of a finger changes from picture widow overlooking gardens to opaque glass providing complete privacy. The kitchen mixes floors made of honed marble set in a Louis IVX pattern with an island combining marble work space, walnut seated bar area and waterfall ends. A television and iPad built into the cabinets provides entertainment and the ability to access recopies etc. A mudroom - laundry continues with the materials utilized in the kitchen and adds the functionality of addition sub-zero refrigerator, cat bar and hidden cat litter house. Other improvements included design and renovations of all baths and powder-rooms.
